Avansys OnRoad is our platform for tire purchases, installation scheduling, and roadside assistance services operated by Avansys Tire Shop.

We may collect the following information:

• Name and phone number
• Email address (optional for customers)
• Service address
• Vehicle information (year, make, model)
• Purchase and service history
• Location data (only during an active service via Mapbox)
• App usage data and analytics

• Directly from you — when you register, check out, or request a service
• Automatically — session cookies, analytics, and technical data necessary to operate the platform

• Process orders and service requests
• Send transactional communications (confirmations, tracking updates, OTP verification)
• Operate our rewards program
• Improve and maintain our services

We share data with trusted service providers only as needed to operate our platform:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe handles card data; we never see or store your full card number.
• Twilio — SMS for OTP verification and transactional notifications
• Supabase — authentication and database hosting (USA)
• Mapbox — maps and location during active services
• Google Analytics (GA4) — anonymous usage analytics
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Adsterra — displays ads on informational pages (/tools, /fit) and rim catalog pages (/rims). Ads are not shown on checkout, cart, financing, mobile service, private dashboards, or native apps.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use the following cookies and storage:

• sb-* cookies — Supabase authentication (essential; required for login and cannot be disabled)
• ui_lang cookie — language preference
• theme (localStorage) — visual theme / dark mode preference
• GA4 cookies — usage analytics
• Adsterra cookies — used on /tools, /fit, and /rims when you accept the consent banner, to personalize ads. If you reject or have not chosen, ads on those pages still appear; we request non-personalized delivery and do not set our own advertising cookies.

We do not sell your data. We use third-party advertising cookies (Adsterra) on informational pages (/tools, /fit) and rim catalog pages (/rims), and only if you accept them in the cookie banner. Ads on those pages still appear if you reject; they are then requested without personalization. Essential cookies (such as Supabase authentication) are always required to operate the site.

We use Adsterra to show ads on our informational Tire & Wheel Tools pages (/tools and /tools/[tool]), Vehicle Fit pages (/fit and /fit/[vehicle]), and rim catalog pages (/rims and /rims/[model]). We do not show ads on the tire store, cart, checkout, financing, mobile service, or any private dashboard.

Adsterra cookies are used to measure and, when you allow it, personalize those ads. Personalized advertising cookies are not loaded unless you accept them in the consent banner. Ads on those pages still appear if you reject or have not chosen; those requests ask Adsterra for non-personalized delivery. Adsterra may also apply its own regional compliance. We do not set first-party advertising cookies of our own. Ads are not loaded inside our native apps.

You can decline personalized ads by choosing Reject on our cookie banner. Rejecting advertising cookies does not hide ads on /tools, /fit, or /rims (they are served without our personalization request) and does not affect login, checkout, or service features.

• Payment data is handled by Stripe (PCI-compliant); we do not store card numbers
• Access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel

We retain your data while your account is active and as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.
