Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Avansys OnRoad platform (website or mobile app), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase services through our platform.

• You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account
• One account per person
• Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date

Avansys OnRoad is a platform for tire purchases, installation scheduling, and roadside assistance requests. We are tire retailers — not tire manufacturers. Product warranties are provided by manufacturers, not by Avansys Tire Shop.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Taxes and fees are displayed before payment
• Payments are processed by Stripe
• By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge shown at checkout

• Service and roadside assistance times are estimates, not guarantees
• We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or conditions outside our control
• We are not liable for consequential damages, including vehicle damage beyond what is directly caused by our negligence, loss of time, or towing costs not arranged by us
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question
• Tires are sold with the manufacturer's warranty, not an Avansys warranty. We facilitate warranty claims, but the manufacturer makes the final decision
• Workmanship warranty: 30 days from installation — covers defects in work performed by us (mounting, balancing). Does not cover road hazards, poor maintenance, incorrect tire pressure, or normal wear
• You are responsible for verifying that the tire size and specifications selected are correct for your vehicle. If you purchase tires online and select the wrong size, standard return/exchange policies apply — see our Refund Policy.

• In-store installation (walk-in or by appointment)
• Mobile / roadside service — coverage area subject to availability
• We do not offer traditional shipping — all tires are installed as part of the service

All platform content — including design, logos, and text — is the property of Avansys and may not be copied or used without permission.

You may not use the platform for fraud, abuse, harassment, or any illegal activity.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to our business, customers, or staff.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
